What are Production Logos?

Production Logos are the logos of any company that played a major part in the making or distributing of the film. Some major production companies that are often seen in Hollywood movies today include names like "Warner Brothers", "Disney", "Paramount", "20th Century Fox", "Universal" & "Lions Gate".

Production Logos are a key feature in the opening of a movie and are placed before the movie starts to credit the companies involved in the film. This usually takes about 30-60 seconds in a movies opening and used so these companies can then gain a reputation (good or bad) from the films success.

Our Production Logos-

For our opening, I chose to make the logos for the production companies involved in the film which will be "Dave & co Productions", "Black Hole Productions" & "Quad Film". "Dave & co" and "Black Hole" will be responsible for the production of the film so they will be the ones making the thriller movie. "Quad Film" will be the distributor so will be responsible for the marketing campaign and the distribution of the product to cinemas, for DVD and for digital streaming.
