Summary

Most thriller films are commonly listed much later in the day and late evenings during the week days. They are available at a variety of times on the week-ends ranging from mid afternoon to late evening. These listings are based on the viewing market as people are less likely to see a film during the day mid week due to jobs therefore listing films in the evening draws in a larger audience as more people are available to see the film.
The age ratings of the film plays a key part to when films are featured screened. It is more common for films with an age rating 18 to be screened in the evenings during the week and films with age ratings below 16 on the weekends. This is due to the target audience, as it less likely for under 18s to go to the cinema during the weekdays and more likely for them to go to screenings during the weekend.
